What we collect
When you submit an application through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, title, organization, industry, approximate revenue or employee count, whether you have a security team, what's driving your interest, and your email address. This information is stored securely and used solely to evaluate your application and respond to your inquiry.
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. This analytics service does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. We may also use LinkedIn's Insight Tag for aggregate audience insights and campaign measurement. You can opt out of LinkedIn tracking through your LinkedIn ad settings.
How we use it
Application data: To evaluate whether your organization is a fit for the Executive Security Discovery, to respond to your inquiry, and to communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, share, or provide your information to third parties.
Analytics data: To understand which pages visitors view, how they find our site, and to measure the effectiveness of our outreach. This data is aggregate and does not identify individual visitors.
Retention
Application data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. If you would like your application data deleted, email privacy@sidewalksecurity.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@sidewalksecurity.com. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Our primary analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not use cookies. If we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, it may set a cookie for campaign measurement purposes. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. You can opt out of LinkedIn advertising tracking at linkedin.com/psettings/advertising.
